Atmosphere for Love

I just asked Benjamen this question and now i am raising it to anyone who comes to this space.
Is a Hot, Sunny place more romantic or is a Cold, quiet place more romantic?

If you have trouble picturing what i meant by the above, let me give you an example:
You & your Loved one in a desert. ( You have your life supply necessities with you )
You & your Loved one in a Snowfield. ( Assume you wont freeze to death )

Which do u think would be more romantic?
I personally, along with Greg Alson (lol) think that a cold place would be more romantic.

----++++++++++++++++++++++++++----

I dont really have the mood to do descriptive writing now so i guess some pictures should do the trick - they say a picture is worth a thousand words, and honestly, i dont even write that long for my composition.

Twilight Fever?

Okay, this post is PURELY about Twilight. Please read this for Twilight fans, and haters.
-

I am now gonna quote from a news article.
" 'Twilight' sucks up $70.6M in box office debut "

"LOS ANGELES - Audiences found the vampire romance "Twilight" infectious in its opening weekend, pushing the movie to a take of $70.6 million."

"Drawing from its huge fan base of teenage girls, who fell for Stephenie Meyer's novel of forbidden love between brooding vampire Edward Cullen and bookish high schooler Bella Swan, "Twilight"...."

" Summit Entertainment, which released "Twilight," announced during the weekend that it's going ahead with production of "New Moon," ... "

""Teen girls rule the earth," said Paul Dergarabedian, president of Media By Numbers. "

"It was always teen boys who were the coveted ones, but someone finally caught on to the idea that girls love movies, too, and if you create something that they're into, that they're passionate about, they will come out in big numbers and drive the box office."

Estimated ticket sales for Friday through Sunday at U.S. and Canadian theaters, according to Media By Numbers LLC. Final figures will be released Monday.
1. "Twilight," $70.5 million.
2. "Quantum of Solace," $27.4 million.
3. "Bolt," $27 million.
4. "Madagascar 2: Escape 2 Africa," $16 million.
5. "Role Models." $7.2 million.
6. "Changeling," $2.6 million.
7. "High School Musical 3: Senior Year," $2 million.
8. "Zack and Miri Make a Porno," $1.7 million.
9. "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas," $1.67 million.
10. "The Secret Life of Bees," $1.28 million.

Okay, so for fans of the Twilight novel, i guess this would pretty much mean that the movie is going to be very nice, so its worth your movie ticket. ^^

However, to those who feel that such a novel gives a wrong notion of Vampires, ( Benjamen ) I dont disagree with you, but this movie/novel shows that if we alter something, it might attract more attention. In this case, If this novel/movie were about Vampires sucking blood etc. ( or whatever your perception of Vampires appears to be ) I would guess that it wouldnt have attracted so much people to watch it, as it would be a little boring to see the same thing over again.

But then again, everyone has their own views.
I personally am looking forward to seeing the movie.
However i think on the day of the release, the cinema will be packed with girls, outnumebering boys 100:1. Lols! Afterall, its tagret audience is the teenage girls.

.

Everyone, you guys should really go and visit Benjamen's blog. Its amazing. Stories for you to read, if you crave for something to read, and his posts are very different from usual bloggers. In a way, they telll what he thinks, of course, it would be sophisticated but meaningful.

A whole new world. Everything has changed. The sins he has committed will now be long forgotten. However, his achievements will also disappear.
He felt that this was good opportunity to start over, to turn over a new leaf, but memories of the past still shrouds him.
He could not forget the people that stood beside him through thick and thin.
He could not erase the hatred he felt for those who betrayed him.

The Last of Us,

Came back from chalet today.
CHALET was a great success! Thanks to Cheryl Lim for organising it. =]

Overall, I had alot of fun. But this chalet also made me realise how much our class is bonded together and the efforts people put in to maintain this bond.
When we checked out today, I was worried as this might ( and possibly ) could be the last time we get to spend time together as a class, as 204 Bananas. I am never good with words so i will just go striaght to the point.

Hopefully, even after this two years of time we spent together comes to a close, we will always remember each other as friends whom we spent our lower secondary life with. Thanks everyone for everything. =]
